Summary

This book is a tribute to Lucy Osburn and five Nightingale Sisters (including Haldane Turriff) who arrived in Sydney on March 5, 1868, to improve nurse training, working conditions, recognition and status in the community. The book also draws attention to ongoing the plight of nurses wanting similar improvement
