Physical description

Silver coloured metal cylindrical lighter wick. The base of the cylinder has several rows of dotted patters around the circumference. The base is slightly rusted. It is pencil-shaped at the top and has a cotton wick coming out of the top opening. The base has a makers mark stamped on attributing it to Mini Fox.
