An identical illustration of a lantern is also printed in dark blue ink on the back cover. Title and author's name are printed in white ink on dark blue rectangles on spine, the author's surname, edition and publisher's name are printed in dark blue ink on the spine also

Voce in memory of Elsie Voce (black ink) This plate has been stamped "cancelled in red ink. The inside of front and back covers, and the front-end page have been stamped in purple ink oval in shape. "Alfred Hospital Melbourne NTS Library" There are also some library markings. At the bottom right of front-end page. "Alfred Hospital nurses League" has been stamped in purple ink
