Dr. Donald Dunbar Coutts was a general practitioner who ran his own general practice in Nelson Place, Williamstown from 1927. He was prominent in Williamstown, being a medical officer and eventually the president of Williamstown & District General Hospital. Dr Coutts also served with distinction in both WW1 and 2. Dr Coutts died on 17/09/1975.
This nameplate was used at Dr Coutts surgery/home in the late 1950s.
