This tie was purchased from M.J. Ward, Draper, 183 Nelson Place, Williamstown Pier by George Dalzell Saker, a Williamstown resident, and the donor's father (circa 1920s).
Michael Joseph Ward, J.P. and his spouse, Isabella (nee Livingstone) were tragically drowned in Hobson's Bay, Williamstown on 28 November 1925 in a yachting accident.
