This item belonged to William Henry Kennedy who was born in Dimboola in 1894 and died in Portland on 7 April 1971. William Farmed in the Wimmera and retired to Portland.
Physical description
Metal Iron clamp with a swinging arm at the top and a screw and handle. A movable nob with flat side and criss cross markings attached to the top arm. Handle is cylindrical with a bend in it before the swinging arm attaches
