Historical information
The Rotary Club of Sunbury installed the memorial garden in Sunbury Cemetery in April 2014. The garden is in memory of the former inmates at the Sunbury Asylum and Industrial School who were buried in unmarked graves in the cemetery. It is sited at one end of the Memorial walk which links the garden with the Children's Memorial and the rotunda.
