Instruction dated Nov. 1948 titled "General instructions for employees engaged on the construction, repair and maintenance of electric trams" issued in Ballarat. Sets out First Aid, Safety, fire precautions, ladders, tools, access to depot, working on rooves, tram operation within depot, and changing lamps. Appendix A - first aid treatment, B - form to be signed by the employee that they understood "live equipment" and C - regarding the return of tools and equipment when employment ceases.
