A letter from the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works stating the application by Mr M. H. Proctor of Wandin dated 23rd April, 1974 for a permit to subdivide land in Wandin Yallock has been approved by the Board on 23 April, 1974. There are conditions required.
