In the middle of the front end-page the previous catalogue number has been written on a small white sticker. at the top of this page (and also top of page 1, and the inside back cover) is a purple ink stamp: Alfred Hospital school nursing library. On the front end-page there is also a manilla pocket for a library card. On the title page is a handwritten dedication ' To the PTS from E? 4/1970.
