Previous catalogue number is written in black ink at top right of this page. On the front end- page (and pages i & iii) are purple stamps 'Alfred Hospiital School of Nursing Library' Fixed on the front end-page is a manilla pocket for a library card and there is also a library barcode (with black line drawn through it. Inside the back cover is another library barcode with a line obliterating detail. On page v there is a black stamp "West London Hospital"
