Physical description
Black leather cover with the title in gold lettering and a gilt stamped border decorating the outer edge of the front cover. The spine is also decorated in gold along with the title and the volume number. Back cover is blind stamped with publisher's logo gold stamped in centre. Inside the rear cover is the binder's stamp of W. Detmold, a Melbourne bookbinder.
