Has a dark red cover bordered with three thin black lines bordering the face of the book. This book opens upwards in that the binding part is to the top of the book and the pages flip up to read. There are 704 pages of information. Additionally, there is 'xcv' (95) number of pages containing product and business advertisement at the start of the book immediately proceeding the 'contents' page. After the information there is a diary of a week to a page for 1939 and a Spanish and French dictionary at the back of the book.
