Historical information

The 'Heroes of Hume' booklet was issued to coincide with an exhibition mounted in the former George Evans Museum in 2000. The exhibition featured information about 24 local people, who had contributed to their local area.

Physical description

A 26 page booklet featuring 24 head and shoulder photographs of people on the top half of the front cover and a black and white image across the bottom half of the cover of men working beside a traction engine bagging up hay. The Hume City and Observer Newspaper logos are across the bottom of the cover.
