Colour certificate mounted on a grey matt, covered with glass and framed with gold coloured wood.
Certificate is headed with the Australian Coat of Arms above words "All Honour to the Brave". Scroll at bottom above Rising Sun. British and Australian flags featured along with insignia of Navy and Airforce. Cord on back for hanging.
