Black leather bound book with black end papers. Colour illustrations on first two pages prior to the title page. 612 pages with cut edges. Gold colouring on page edges. Black ribbon attached to act as a bookmark. Damage at top of book. Title on cover and spine in gold coloured lettering. Text on pages in black type.
