Historical information
The shopping complex is in Evans Street, Sunbury and it was built on the land that was a former sports ground and also housed the first CFA building in Sunbury and the scout hall. The shopping complex opened own the site in late 1989.
Significance
This was the first large shopping complex to be built in Sunbury. Three more shopping areas were built in Sunbury between 1990 and 2005 on former railway land.
