Historical information

Cr. Peter Graham served three terms as Shire President. This appears to be the ceremony awarding him the Presidential Chain of Office for his third term. Cr. John Cohen (possibly the outgoing President who served a single term) is presenting the chain with assistance from the Shire Secreatry (?) and CEO, Rodney Roschellor.

Originally housed in a 34.5 x 36 x 2.5 cm expandable album with padded cream covers and gold accents; 18 page inserts with clear pocket inserts holding 6 photos per side, total capacity 216 10 x 15 cm photo prints; showing yellowing with age
