Used as a teaching aid for surveying at Burnley Horticultural College
Large timber and metal surveyor tripod with extendable legs. Metal top plate for attachment for dumpy level (B23.0149). See photograph of tripod in use B13.0008 circa 1981. Has plasticised canvas satchel attached to inner leg with spare wing nut.
