This booklet recounts the story of Puffing Billy's inception in 1900; the landslide in 1952 which led to closure in 1958; the public campaign for re-opening of the line; a partial reopening in 1962 followed by a return to Emerald Station in 1965. It also discusses the history and role of the Puffing Billy Presentation Society which produced this booklet c. 1960s.
