Provides details of the agreement with the Australian Tramways Employees Association (ATEA), including wages for various classifications, leave, working conditions, uniform, union badges (to be worn on their watch chains), discipline and signatures to the agreement. Signed by J I Abfalter and T Jewell for the ATEA, D W Dureau, KJ Vindoille, and L S Cleveland for the HTT and Mr Justice Henry Higgins for the Arbitration court. Dated Oct. 1919. Includes the Melbourne Brunswick & Coburg Tramways Trust.
