2. Brown coloured buckram covered cardboard folder. Inside of folder is a white proforma titled "RECORD OF SERVICE". Details of recipient entered in handwriting ...via a stamp.

1. Handwritten in white on inside of flap: 'K. J. HERDMAN'.
2. Handwritten in black ink: 'V42278, 3/7 50589, HERDMAN Kevin John and signatures. Stamped three times in purple ink: 'E.Coy 15 NS Trg Bn'.
