Original medals awarded to Elizabeth Mary CAREY Born 16/5/1918 at Wangaratta. Later known as (Mrs) Elizabeth Dwyer of Wangaratta.
Served with the Australian Women’s Army Service between 31/7/42-3/12/45 as a Mimeographer (photocopier). Awarded the War Medal and Australian Service Medals. Her brothers Leo and John Carey also served in the Army during WW2.
