Booklet with white cover with and black print black print detailing title. At base of front is a rectangle: half dark blue with 'in case of emergency, dial [printed in white] and half maroon with '88' [printed in white].

Inscriptions & markings

Previous catalogue number handwritten at top right [black ink] of front cover. There are also marks where staples have been removed.
