Made of local dark cream muslin with long sleeves, all the decoation is in a geometric design of black and white, with smocking at the waist and neck for shaping. The front panel and wide sleeves have been embroidered in bands of varying widths using silk and cotton threads. Sewn together using black thread and a form of faggotting stitch.
"Made in Roumania" on small label.
