Designed and worked by Mrs Merle Whittle. Purchased from the 1972 George's Exhibition.
Deep wood frame and brown slub silk mount, with a raised panel of a very loosely woven cream and white fabric over a gold mount. The flower heads have needle weaving and surface stitches in cream, beige and light brown, including small wooden beads, used in interesting ways.
