Gifted by the Misses Walsh and their late Aunt Miss E. Walsh (member). One of a pair (no. 433)
The Misses Walsh, ran an exclusive children's wear shop 'The Nursery' in Little Collins in the 1930's and 1940's. Towards the end of the 1940's the shop closed.

Physical description

Sachet for stockings. White cotton satin jean with white embroidery and knitted fringe. Lozenge shaped with a flap. Bold design of passion fruit flowers and leaves in a variety of stitches.
