"Made in 1970's by Mrs Ethel Oates when in her 80's.
"The fan was made as a gift for Mrs Dulcie Grice who donated it to the collection.
Leaf fan made of very pale flesh coloured organza with floral design in shadow work and lace. Edge is finished with pink cord and val lace. The handle is finished with a tassel of glass beads and pearls.
