Blouse belonged to donor's mother, Mrs Billie Allen who probably bought it in Hong Kong in the 1970's
Cream silk Chinese blouse with a high chinese collar and is decorated with self coloured floral embroidery with cutwork, eyelets and punchwork. It is fastened with 'frogs' made of the same fabric.
