The Shalwar kameez, Achkan, Sherwani and Kurta shalwar Kameez are the national dresses of Pakistan and are worn by men and women in all five provinces of Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan in the country and in Azad Kashmir.
Physical description
Piece of fine cotton fabric, embroidered. Intended to be made into a kurta (shirt). Embroidery done in black with an ari and then whipped with bright coloured silks.
