Worn by the donor, Heather Winneke.
Short gown, pintucked and embroidered bodice, tatted edge around neck and sleeves. 3 rows of tape lace around bottom of dress. Cotton voile, petticoat cotton edged in satin stitch scallops (machined) and flowers. Neck and armholes scalloped satin stitch. One shoulder has 2 tiny buttons.
