Found in cupboard in collection room, nil identification other than label saying "this handwork is very old"

Physical description

Fine cotton muslin fabric embroidered with fine chain stitch tambour embroidered garlands, bows and tassels, with pulled thread work centres in various patterns, scattered motifs across ground. Looks like it was gathered across the top so may have been part of a skirt or petticoat or veil.
