Previous catalogue number, typed on white paper, has been fixed with tape to base of dust jacket spine. inside front cover at base is a small bookseller sticker. at the top of the front end page is the name Alison George [handwritten in black ink] 63/- [in pencil ?price] at the bottom of this s a printed black and white donation sticker: black Maltese cross in circle, "This book was donated to Alfred Archival Association Nursing Division by" Alison George (handwritten in black ink). Previous catalogue number is also handwritten in black ink on this sticker.
