Historical information
The group were attending the launch and displaying of street signs with added historical information that were to be erected in the Bulla township and the former old Broadmeadows township. The historical research on the origin of names of the streets was carried out by members of the Sunbury Family History and Heritage Society with support from Hume City Council. The launch took place in Foresters Hall in the old Broadmeadows township on 3rd April 2025. Shortly after that event the signs were erected in the relevant places.
