Historical information
Around 1930, the Bennett Brothers' garage replaced a produce store that had operated since the 1860s.
The house has had numerous owners and functions since it was owned by Joseph Shepherd in the 1880s - among other things it has been used as an opportunity shop, and as a laundromat.
