Physical description

Starter pack box of Provelle medication. Front of box is printed with the text 'Provelle-14/CONJUGATED OESTROGENS AND/MEDROXYPROGESTERONE ACETATE/CYCLICAL COMBINATION HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY PACK'. Front of box also carries printed with a caution label and a summary of ingredients, as well as the repeated text 'STARTER PACK'. BACK of box is printed with dosage and directions for use information, as well as manufacturer information (Upjohn). One end of box is imprinted with a batch number and an expiry date 'JAN96'. Tablet strip contains 42 tablets, consisting of 28 red tablets and 14 white tablets. Tablet strip is printed with dosage instructions, and abbreviated terms for the days of the week are printed next to each tablet. Printed brochure of consumer product information is included with tablets, and a reply paid note addressed to the Associate Business Manager of Upjohn.
