Summary
This book celebrates the achievements of the 'Sons of Italy' Association in Melbourne. The book begins with the history and experience of immigration, especially for Italians, in Australia before addressing the founding and history of the Sons of Italy association established in the Box Hill area. The social and cultural aspects of the group are provided. Personal accounts of over 20 members are included together with lists of the committee members from the foundation on 2 April 1970 to 2003.
