Bruce Morgan was the first Shire Secretary and CEO (1964-1983) of the Shire of Diamond Valley. This collection of memorabilia was compiled by his wife, Mavis Morgan, detailing the events they attended in their official capacity. Album 7 contains 1983 to the end of Bruce Morgan's tenure at Shire of Diamond Valley.
