Of signicance to the AHNL as it is a memento from when the Alfred Hospital School of Nursing closed

Physical description

Maroon coloured plastic cover with gilt print, in intact plastic wrapping that also includes a thin gold coloured pen. Narrow ribbon used as tie. On front of cover 'NOTES' printed/stamped at top right. Around a circle eclosing a cross are printed the words 'ALFRED HOSPITAL SCHOOL OF NURSING 1880-1992' . There is a narrow border around this. there are protective metal corners at bottom
