The Blokes are all presumably men he served with in Malaya being;
Tony Green, Brian (Tinker) Bell, John Doorley, Bryce Avard, John Cussey, Barry Dean, Mark Bessell, , Tom Dickinson, Gary Higgs, Eddie Gelly, Daryl Deckert (Dogs), Jack Atchinson.
Physical description
Sheet of paper, double sided, one side has some typed text at top, over the page has part of a map in colour, "Indochine 1:100.000 1954". The main page minus a small section missing has 12 names and addresses hand written in blue pen.
