1. Folder - archival, black plastic with three D-ring holders, clear plastic archival sleeves containing original documents, transcribed text and photocopied information.

2. Box - black plastic archival box for archival folder. Rectangular shape with flaps to fold and secure.
3. USB Stick - black and blue plastic with attached purple plastic label with split ring. Handwritten details on paper insert. Stored inside archival folder.
