Cream coloured folder. Gold and blue line crossing diagonally across top corner. On back page, series of 13 signatures/autographs. Inside City emblem and name written and a description of the event (Farewell to AIF Soldiers). On page 3 is a menu for the dinner and proposed toasts.

In centre "City of Bendigo" and council emblem. Name on the invite is "Private J.H. Thomason".
