Australian Army Hat Khaki Fur Felt - (slouch hat) as worn by members of the Royal Australian Survey Corps. This Slouch hat was owned and used by 321187 SSGT Rod Skidmore (RASvy) a member of the Army Survey Regiment, Fortuna, Bendigo. This Slouch hat was used in the "Mapmakers Exhibition" July 2025 at the Bendigo Military Museum.

Physical description

Australian Army Hat Khaki Fur Felt - (slouch hat) as worn by members of the Royal Australian Survey Corps. The hat is fitted with a Survey Corps badge at the front on the pugaree (hat band) and a Rising Sun badge on the raised side of the hat. The hat is affixed with a leather chin strap. Size 57.
