Summary
This book was written and published by Nick Anchen and his publishing company Sierra Publishing in 2008. It was acquired and held by the Emerald Library for several years before it was donated to the museum.
The beginning of 'The Dandenongs' covers the history of the region, before going into detail about different more localised areas or locations (e.g. Olinda) and specific events (e.g. the Kyeema Disaster). Each page is adorned with both historical and contemporary photographs, giving a visual perspective on their subject matter.
