Hollow cast steel shell “Inert” with no base. On the nose is an aluminium cone and on the steel shell are three brass bands of varying diameters. The brass bands have various holes in them. The word “safe”is stamped into the third band. The band closest to the shell (3rd) has numbered graduations 0-30. The shell is rusty and was painted green. Part of the shell base has broken off.
