The Wood Badge - Stage 3 certificate was presented to Joan Houston, who was a cub leader for the 3rd Sunbury scouts, on 9th April 1978. S. Kay at Keilor presented the certificate. The training was done at the Hoadley Training Area. Joan was a Cub leader in Sunbury for over 20 years from the 1970s.

Physical description

A small cream cardboard certificate with red printing issued by the Scout Association of Australia to scout leaders on the completions of their stage 3 Wood Badge Course. The Scout insignia is in the top RH corner and an image of an axe in a log of wood is in the bottom LH corner. There are 2 punch holes along the LH side.
