The certificate was awarded to Joan Houston who had completed her adult leading for the wood badge, stage 4. Joan was a cub leader for the 4th Sunbury Group for over 20 years from the 1970s to the 1990s.
Physical description
A small cream cardboard certificate with dark blue printing issued by the Scout Association of Australia for completing the training for the Wood Badge Stage 4. The scout insignia is in the top RH corner and an image of an axe in a log of wood is in the bottom LH corner.
