A4 Certificate (probably a copy) from the "Melbourne Technical College - The Working Men's College Incorporated", awarding the Beazley Scholarship to Vincent Montgomery, in the First Year of the course in Metal Founding. Held December 1935.
Note - Connection to Ringwood is unknown. This was an old donation (donor unknown).
