This is a set of six photographs of a CO’s Parade held at the Army Survey Regiment, Fortuna, Bendigo circa 1989. The commanding officer LTCOL Rene van den Tol formally presented the Warrant to Mick Hogan on his promotion to Warrant Officer Class Two.
