The badge represents all three services and is given to those who served in active fronts and allowed them to display their service while in civilian attire.
Physical description
Metal badge of the Rising Sun Emblem with Crown on top and Wings on the side and the anchor at the bottom. On the back is two pins and engraveing.It is roughly triangular in shape and brown in colour.
Inscriptions & markings
Inscribed on back "Issued by the Aust Govt AS14591". On the front "Returned From Active Service".
